The wellness plus membership is a monthly recurring payment processed through our payment processor. The first payment will occur immediately upon initial purchase and activate your first month cycle within minutes. Future payments will occur on a monthly basis and be automatically charged to the credit card / debit card provided. No commitment is required and you can cancel at any time. Memberships are non-refundable or transferrable. Wellness memberships are intended for single users only.    

Need to Cancel? Please visit the "My Subscriptions" tab under the My Account section of our website to manage your membership settings. Please note, since memberships are paid in advance of the monthly cycle you will still have access to membership benefits until your next renewal date.
